INFORMATION for VENDORS EXIBITING in ANNUAL ROCK SHOW in CASTLEGAR BC




Friday June 1- set up day.          
The complex will be available for you to set-up from 8:00am to 8:00pm         
Food Concession will be open from 8:00am to  2:30pm
         

Saturday, June 2- Show Day         
Public Show Time:  10:00 a.m to 5pm         
Venue will be open for Vendors from 8:00 am to 5:30pm        
Food Concession will be open from 8:30 am to 4pm
           
Sunday June 3- Show Day & Take Down         
Public Show Time: 10:00 am to 4pm         
Venue will be open for Vendors from 8:00 am to 8:00pm.          
Food Concession will be open 9 to 4pm

Concession: Friday 8am to 2:30pm
Saturday 8:30am to 4pm
Sunday: 9am to 4pm
 

Please support the food concession as much as possible as they are operating out of season just for you!     They will offer Coffee, tea, breakfast egg buns, muffins, Chicken Wraps, homemade Borscht, goodies, Panini's and more.
